As a volunteer with the Sheldon Panthers Football League, you are expected to uphold
the highest standards of conduct while supporting our players and team community. Your
role is to ensure the safety and well-being of every child, demonstrate good sportsmanship,
and communicate with respect and positivity. Volunteers should support coaches, follow
instructions, and handle responsibilities reliably—whether it's helping on the field,
organizing snacks, or assisting with team events. All interactions with players must be
appropriate and professional, with no use of foul language, alcohol, or tobacco during league
activities. By setting a strong example of fairness, patience, and team spirit, you help create
a positive and empowering experience for our young Panthers both on and off the field.
